Return, Shipping and Shopping Policies
SHIPPING
Most purchases made on trueparts.ca before 12pm AST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped out the same day and you will receive a shipping notification. Orders placed after 12pm AST are processed as quickly as possible but may only go out the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped out on Monday using the shipping method selected at checkout.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout before completing your purchase. Several options and timeframes are made available to you. You can select the shipping option that best suits your needs.
Please note that most shipping carriers do not deliver to PO boxes so a residential or business address must be supplied.
Any order tracked and deemed 'delivered' by the carrier is now the customer's responsibility. Should an order be tracked as 'delivered' and the customer claims it did not arrive (either by carrier error, theft, etc.) we will offer to open a claim with the carrier on the customer's behalf however there is no obligation on our part to replace the item if the carrier provides proof of delivery.
RETURNS
SECTION 1—ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE
Items bought in store are available for a return under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase
- In original packaging
- With receipt
- Unused
The following items are non-returnable:
- Electronic parts
- Paint and Spray products
- Any equipment that has been used
- Special order parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee even if returnable
- Items on a last-chance clearance promo
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be refunded the purchase price, less any restocking fees, plus tax using the method in which you used to pay originally. The original card must be present to complete the return. Purchases made through Interac will be returned in cash.
SECTION 2—ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Refunds from online purchases are subject to the same conditions as items purchased in-store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
SECTION 3- Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SECTION 4 - Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
